While our standard operating procedure is to call you for intrusion and residential fire alarms YOU should call US! There are several good reasons for you to call us: We have a large number of incoming lines and lots of operators to answer your call! You likely have only one telephone number and likely only one line which may be busy. You may not hear your phone ring. You may not have your phone with you. In simple terms, there is a significantly greater likelihood of you reaching us rather than the other way around.
