Ross McDonald1 days agoMike Araujo gets five stars plus for his work today on our security system. We hadn’t turned the system on for a number of years (not smart, I know) but now we’re taking a long trip and we wanted our house to be secure while we were away. So I asked Damar to do a complete review of our system and let us know if it was up to the job and give me a refresher on how to use it. Mike spent half the day, testing the system, replacing sensors as required. He coached me on using the app and walked me through how to use the system effectively. We are now very comfortable that our home is safe and want to thank Mike again for helping us.
Caroline Murphy10 days agoSent a request for a technician as I received a call about a low battery. Brooks arrived shortly after our request was sent, and went above and beyond the simple changing of the battery. He took the time to check all the door sensors, motion sensors and did a few extra tests to make sure all was running smoothly before he left.
