Our fire alarm monitoring service is provided in compliance with the requirements contained in CAN/ULC-561, a National Standard of Canada that specifically prohibits verification calls on fire alarm signals. On single family residential monitored smoke and heat detectors we will attempt a verification call to the home in order to prevent false requests to the fire service.
