Diagnosing Trouble Conditions

In the event your trouble light is on follow your security system instructions to display the trouble conditions. Typical trouble conditions may originate from external sources such as a loss of commercial electrical power or an interruption to a telephone line or internet access. Internal problems may be a depleted standby battery, a depleted battery in a wireless detection device (motion detector, door contact, wireless smoke detector, etc.) or a physical wiring problem. Please consult with our signal receiving centre operators or tech support team to assist in diagnosing the problem.
