What should I do if the alarm sounds?

Here’s a few tips on what to do when your alarm goes off:

  1. Stay calm, do not panic.
  2. Turn off your system by carefully entering the 4 digits of your user code.
  3. Call our Signal Receiving Centre toll free – 1-877-263-2627 and immediately press Option 0 as soon as possible and identify yourself by name, system number and password word or personal identification number (PIN).
  4. Damar Security may not call if you disarm or cancel your alarm within your allotted delay period.
