With a mouse click all pertinent response information is transmitted automatically to the closest available responder. In many cases this results in faster response than the police. This service is also available for monitored fire alarms and fire suppression sprinkler supervisory service ONLY as a secondary responder. All commercial and industrial fire alarms and sprinkler alarms are required to notified to the fire service within 30 seconds of receipt.
