Here’s a few tips on what to do when your alarm goes off:
- Stay calm, do not panic.
- Turn off your system by carefully entering the 4 digits of your user code.
- Call our Signal Receiving Centre toll free – 1-877-263-2627 and immediately press Option 0 as soon as possible and identify yourself by name, system number and password word or personal identification number (PIN).
- Damar Security may not call if you disarm or cancel your alarm within your allotted delay period.
